URSULA IAFRATE
Ursula Iafrate, a co-founder, and the Managing Principal of FAE Consulting has over 20 years of experience in the planning and design of building systems. In addition to serving as a senior electrical engineer, Ursula leads the firm’s strategic and business development activities. Her expertise, gained from thousands of projects, includes MEP design & coordination, Quality Control, and client liaison. She has extensive background in both the HVAC and electrical fields, which provides a single source for client consultation and interaction.
MICHAEL LANSING
Mike, one of the co-founders and Principals of FAE Consulting, has over 25 years experience in engineering. Mr. Lansing has expertise in designing mechanical and electrical systems and a strong understanding of construction documents, which enables him to guide clients in the right direction from the onset of a project. He has overseen over 4000 projects from design concept to completion. Prior to FAE Consulting he was with Formica & Associates, Inc. for 14 years, of which the last 5 years he was Vice President/Principal.
BENJAMIN JADOS
years of engineering experience in building design and construction industry. Hired by FAE in 2015 as Project Manager, he has excelled to provide leadership with a high-performance team and has managed a host of notable projects in Florida that total over 6 million square feet. Ben’s focus on Operations allows him to improve effectiveness for the firm and ensure the quality of our deliverables is maintained at the highest level.
